General Function Rules

Chapter I
Article 1
General provisions:
Operation and use of the Park will be governed by the rules contained in this Regulation and other applicable legislation;
The campground of Termas de Melgaço, is designed exclusively to the practice of camping and caravanning.
Article 2
Working period:
The Melgaço Camping is open all year.

It may close earlier or not at all on 24th and 25th of December.
The reception is open from 09 am to 19:00pm** during the low season.

** It may close earlier, depending on the arrivals in this season.
In the summer months, the reception is open from 09: 00h to 21: 00h**

** It may close during lunch time (12:00h - 14:00h) during workers vacations or other justified situation.
 The check-out period will be from 09: 00h to 12 h
In periods that do not include the operating hours of the reception, during the high season and other specifique dates, campers will have the support of a run which takes the intercom function.
Article 3
Quiet period:
The campground Termas de Melgaço, during operation will have a quiet period between 22:00pm and 8:00am
Article 4
Fees:
 Usage fees are listed in the general price's table of Camping Melgaço Baths.
The payment due for the use of the park has to be paid up to the departure date.
Article 5
Access to Camping:
With the exception of visitors arregements, the entrance to the park for many of camping practical purposes is subject to prior authorization by the responsible for the park.
Article 6
Reservations:
Is no need to make reservations for the camping, as regards the installation and proper material for the practice of camping.
As regards the use of camping equipment park, it is necessary to make reservation.
Chapter II
Article 7
Requirements for admission:
1. Head campers and their agrgregates will only be admitted if carrying one of the folowing documents:
Citizen Card
ID card
driving license
    2. The reception of visitors and the entry of material into the campsite could only occur during the reception hours, as listed in paragraph 2 of Article 2.

Article 8
Aggregates:
Aggregates are people who use jointly the same set of camping equipment.
Article 9
Underage admission:
It is only permitted the admission of children under 16, when they are accompanied by their parents or other adults who are responsible for them.
Article 10
Visitors:
   1- For the purposes of this Regulation, visitors are those not equipped with camping equipment;
2- The visitors can only enter the park during the opening hours of the reception, and also when the following conditions:
a) the head camper or one of his/her aggregate must be present at registration;
                    b) pay the respective fee;
                    c) use a visitor Card in the campground;
3 - The visitor will deliverat the receipt of the park an identity card with photograph, which will be returned when definitely leave the park facilities;
4- The visitor will have to leave the park facilities until 21:30 pm.
5 - If the visitor wants to stay overnight in the park at Camper facilities visited, he/she must inform the reception of this situation and pay the fee due;
6 - Any disruptions or damage caused by visitors are the responsability of the visited camper.
Chapter III
Article 11
Resgistry:

1 - In the act of the user amission, the entry will be registered in an appropriate form, containing indication of the arrival date, expected date of departure, all identifying elements of the user, their family or endorsed aggregate material making up their camp, rolling stock and respective registration, which want to enter the park.
2 - One of the documents referred to in subparagraphs a) of number 1 of Article 7, shall be photocopied, even if he/she has made full payment in advance.
Article 12
Cards or Lables:
1 - Control cards will be handed over to users and should be used as follows:
              a) card must always be in possession of the users, it is personal and not transferable;
              b) Free-transit must be placed inside the vehicle near the windshield in order to be visible from the outside.
              c) Lable for installation of equipment with the order number must be placed in visible place in the installed equipment.
        2. All cards will be returned on leaving the park, in exchange for the identifcation document placed at the reception previously.

Chapter IV
Article 13
User's Duties:
1 - Users of Termas de Melgaço Camping Park have the following rights:
a) use the facilities and services in accordance with the requirements of this regulation;
b) Follow the hygiene and safety rugles adopted, particularly those relating to waste destinations and dirty water, washing and drying clothes;

c) Refrain from bothering other users, namely doing within the period of silence;
d) Install your equipment in order not to prejudice the other campers, unless otherwise agreed;
e) Do not light a fire outside the places intended for such propose
f)  To comply with traffic signs inside the park;
g) do not bring or allow the entrance of people foreing to the park without previously authorization and fllowing the rules applicable to visitors;
      2. It is not allowed to users:

a) Dishwasher or washing clothes inside the baths;
b) Destroy or damage trees or other plants;
c) Use wire or put ropes, wires, etc., a height lower than 2.5 m from the ground;
d) Cross the fence of the park;
e) build fixed structures;
f) Building restrictions around the camping equipment with spies, strings, stones, etc.
g) Leave open the taps after use;
h) Leave the place dirty when leaving the park, where was installed the equipment.
Article 14
Responsibilities:
Those responsible for the park disclaim any responsibility for accidents, damage, theft, or theft, the campers and their stuff.
Chapter V
Article 15
Vehicles:
1 - The vehicle that is not registered at the front desk can not in any way enter the park;
2 - The circulation of vehicles inside the Camping Park is only allowed when entering or leaving it:
a) Do not exceed the speed of 10 km / h
b) Follow the warning signs;
c) Do not park in order to prevent or hinder the movement of traffic or access to lots;
d) Not make use of beeps.
3 - The circulation of non-motorized bicicles is limited and may be prohibited if circumstances suggest.

Chapter VI

Article 16
Reception:
1 - The reception of the campsite is intented to provide services related to the admission and staying periods of users;
2 - The reception operates in accordance with the provisions in artigo2º,  the timetable should be displayed at its entrance;
3 - At the reception must be clearly marked first aid equipment;
Article 17
Shop / Lounge
The mini market and the BAR are open for the same time as the reception.
Article 18
Containers and bins for solid waste:
1 - Buckets and solid waste containers are to be be deposit all waste organized by the users of the park;
2 - It is prohibited to leave or throw the solid waste outside appropriate containers;
3 - Whenever users find that the deposit container is full, should report that to the reception in order to replace it.
Article 19
The park is equipped with security and fire protection systems and personnel are properly instructed in the management of the means of combat and the measures to be taken in case of fire.
Firefighting standards are exposed to knowledge of users.
The park will be exhibited in conspicuous places, the emergency and security plans.

Article 20
Leisure venues:
The playground can only be used by children under 12 years old.

Article 21
Findings objectives:
1 - All findings objectives must be delivered at the reception;
2 - For the purposes of the preceding paragraph shall be recorded in book, the name of the person who found them and the name of the owner of the objects when they are returned.
Article 22
Abandoned Material:
1 - It is considered abandoned material when it appears one of the following:
a) if it's not properly identified;
b) Stay on the park in the same closure period, that is not used by its owner for a period of sixty days;
c) When we are missing the payment due for more than 15 days.
d) Abandoned material will be removed by the park service.
Article 23
Costs of payment:
When the identity of the owner of the abandoned material is known, this will be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt for you to pay for the costs of the procedures resulting from the abandonment of the material (occupation, removal and storage)
 
Article 24
Lost material:
1 - The material removed is stored for a maximum of 30 days counted from the letter of receipt referred to in the previous article;
2 - At the end of that period, the abandoned materials will be available to Melgaço Radical as well as one that is unknown its owner.

Article 25
Bungalows:
1 - The Camping Park Melgaço Spa has four bungalows;
2 - Two bungalows has capacity  for up to 5 people and two for up to 3 people (from the third person there is an extra fee of 7,50€/person in the act of the delivering);
3 - Upon delivery of the setup key, users will be provided with  all the information regarding the following:
a) Housing conditions regarding the equipment, supplies and general building conditions;
b) List of bedding and hygiene that are part of each bungalow.

Article 26
Reservations:
1 - Reservations may be made up to 4 months before the date of stay, by telephone, fax or email;
2 - It is only allowed to reserve a bungalow per person;
3 - The reservation of the bungalow is made as follows:
a) In person;
b) By phone, fax or Internet, from the period indicated in the previous paragraph, with the priority set by the minute bookings entry
4 - Reservations are accepted for bungalows by the prepayment of 20% of the stay price;
5 - Reservations must be confirmed within 48h by sending the proof of payment referred to in the previous paragraph;
6 - In case of cancellation, the company reserves the right not to return the value of the 20% deposit.
Chapter VII
Article 27
Unlawful administrative offense:
1 - The stay will be prevented in the park around the one who, after being warned, does not respect the provisions of this Regulation, subject to the application of administrative offenses which may be applicable.
Article 28
Fines:
Violation of Articles of this regulation will be punished with a fine to be determined by law.
Article 29
 Omissions:
The cases shall be resolved by the operator.
 
Article 30
Caravans / Motorhomes:
1 - The campsite will have areas reserved for caravans and auto caravans;
2- The station supply and disposal of waste and fluids will be used on payment of a fee which is in the price list;
3 - Only be permitted in appropriate material to the practice of camping such as tents, caravans, advanced, cars - tents, camping kitchens and other similar material;
4 - Refrain from limiting any indoor area or outside the area that it was intended to camp beyond the installation;
5 - It is also compulsory to display the ownership document of ownership of the material enrolls you want to install (Spiked or camper), which will be extracted photocopy that had been filed in the customer file.
  
Article 31
Entry into force:
This being regularly into force after 15 days from the date of publication.
